Beadlady5 Designs showcases my handcrafted original jewelry and greeting cards.
Each of my creations is "one of my kind"--which means after I design a piece of jewelry or greeting card, I will not repeat that design again.
This assures you that you will be the only one that will ever own this jewelry and/or card design.
I use different media (glass, metal, leather, clay, wood, plastic,paper, and fiber) in my designs.
My favorite genres are Steampunk, Altered Art, and Vintage Inspired.
Only the finest materials are used in creating each and every one of my designs.

About Margo, The "Jewelry and Card Designer"
My name is Margo. Artistry and creativity are in my family genes and I am so very fortunate to have these genes pass onto me.
Through the years my creativity has had many faces--macrame, knitting, crocheting, stained glass, needlepoint, stenciling, faux painting, and a lot more. Actually, just name the craft and I probably have enjoyed it at some time in my life.
It's been 9 years now that I have been designing and creating jewelry and 2 years designing and creating greeting cards. I am most passionate about both of these crafts. It's so amazing that my passion for learning new techniques and creating new pieces is constantly blossoming.
I enjoy selling at craft fairs and have a number of my pieces in local boutiques, hair salons, and bridal shops.
Having my own shops on line helps me reach a larger population.
My shop, "Beadlady5 Designs" has an eclectic combination of Jewelry designs and my "VintageBeadlady5" Shop has a wonderful collection of vintage beads and vintage inspired jewelry supplies.
I also have a third shop that is filled with my eclectically designed greeting cards for all the occasions of your life.
I have been married to the same sweet guy for 36 years now and we have 2 grown sons. We live in Staten Island, NY with our 2 cats, Felix and Sam. Our cats are wonderful especially since they graciously allow us to live with them.
I have my family to thank for their support of my creative endeavors. Their support has helped motivate me and sustain me artistically all these years.
