What's Happening at Beadlady5 Designs
Announcing the Opening of a Beadlady5 Card Shop:
I have been playing with paper for a number of months now creating my own greeting cards. It has been so therapuetic and fun that I started selling them at fairs, to neigbor, friends, and in my on line jewelry shops.
Since I really love creating cards, and because of all the positive feedback that I have received about my cards I decided to open shop devoted to only my greeting cards.
I have created cards for birthdays, anniversaries, new born babies, as well as many others.
Please find a moment to browse my new shop when you have some free time.

Spring Craft Fairs:
With the onset of Spring and all the beauty of nature that goes along with it, is the also the beginning of the outdoor Craft Fairs, once again.
I love selling at craft fairs because it gives me the opportunity to meet and greet my potential customers. It is always such a pleasure to be able to sell my "one of my kind" wares in the "flesh".
By nature, I am quite a social person and just love chatting with my customers. So many wonderful people out there and this activity gives me the chance to meet some of them.
Also, I just love talking about my jewerly---what a piece is made of, how the piece was made, and more.
I look forward to this season because of all the fun I have talking to people, making new connections, and of course selling some of my wares.

Building My Own Website:
I have wanted to create my own website for some time now and have been quite guilty of procrastination.
After talking with a number of other online artisans who have websites and much research online I finally decided that it was time to accomplish this goal.
I began by purchasing my own domain ( www.Beadlady5.com) on the internet. Yippee, I finally started the process in the real world!
Then, after much ado I found Weebly.com for my hosting site. They have a "template" that is set up for you to follow for building your website that makes this task a bit less daunting. But alas, being a bit unsavy about the computer, this process hasn't been an easy one, for sure!
However, being a very proactive human being, I would not give up until this goal is accomplished.
And as you can see I have been successful at last...
